I booked a private pool room but the pool doesn’t look clean… Overall the experience was good because of the breakfast but prob wont come back again unless they renovate or have new activities going around.”

“What a wonderful hotel! Very comfortable, cozy, and quiet, with a beautiful garden and pools! Excellent on-site restaurants. Friendly staff. We felt incredibly comfortable the whole time! It may not be the newest hotel, but we've been to neighboring giant hotels, and in terms of comfort and luxurious, relaxed living, we know Sofitel is the best! The children's entertainment area is simply amazing! Thank you for a wonderful stay!”

“Wonderful trip with my family of 5 to Sanya. The staff is as amazing and checked on us daily. The food was delicious and New Years Eve did not disappoint. My only recommendation is that they stock the bars with more cold drinks. We had to walk to get sodas that they happened to have. No coke and just a variety of coldish cans of sodas. Otherwise a fabulous trip! ”
